Paul M. Larson, Esq.

Paul M. Larson is a native of Tacoma, Washington and focuses his practice in the areas of Commercial Law, Agricultural Law, Business Law, Trusts and Estates and Real Property.

Educated at Menlo College and Stanford University, Paul received his law degree in 1975 from Gonzaga University and was admitted to the Washington State bar in 1975.

Paul is the author of Commercial Law Deskbook, Chapter 18, Article 9, 1987, Supp. He is a member of the Yakima County bar association and the Washington State Bar association where he has served as a Member of the Business Law Section - U.C.C. Committee since 1981, Chairman of the Business Law Section in 1987-1988 and Chairman of the Task Force on Nonlawyer Practice of Law since 1994. As a member of the American Bar Association, Paul served as a member of the House of Delegates from 1982-1984 and the Lawyers Responsibility for Client Protection Standing Committee from 1984 to 1989.
