Established in 1994 as Larson & Perkins, P.L.L.C., in order to provide a wider range of services, the firm merged forces with James S. Berg, PLLC to become Larson Berg & Perkins PLLC, in July of 2006. Larson Berg & Perkins offers a full range of services to our business and individual clients to help solve problems that arise efficiently and effectively, and more importantly, to help clients avoid missteps that might result in costly litigation.
Providing exceptional representation in all areas of commercial law and civil litigation, the firm's business law practice provides personal representation to all sizes of business clients in areas including entity formation, contracts, employment law, business planning, mergers and acquisitions, and tax planning.
Complementing the business practice, we offer services to our clients in the areas of health care law, agriculture law, estate planning, real estate, creditor rights, insurance claims, and personal matters that may arise, such as divorce or bankruptcy.
When disputes arise, it is the firm's goal to resolve them efficiently and profitably for the client. That is why, in addition to providing exceptional litigation and negotiation skills, the firm's attorneys are also well versed in resolving disputes through arbitration and other alternative dispute resolution mechanisms.
